Once you identify the parcel you want to secure, the process is simple: submit your Earnest Money Deposit to reserve the property, review and sign your Land Sales Agreement, then complete your remaining balance within 24–72 hours using a bank transfer, cashier’s check, or approved business credit card.

Next, let us know how you’d like ownership titled (your name, trust, or LLC), and we’ll coordinate deed preparation, notarization, and recording directly with the County.
